Should there be a difference of interpretation between the German “Datenschutzerklärung” and the English “Data Protection” then the German “Datenschutz”/”Datenschutzerklärung” have precedent. The english version is intended to help non-German speakers and as such the German “Datenschutzerklärung” have priority.
